Heidi Bolinger has a background in manufacturing. She was working with Delphi in the Quality department prior to coming to Management Recruiters of Dayton. She was hired at MR Dayton as a project coordinator but the firm quickly found out that she was more efficient on the computer than the phone and moved her to the position of Internet Research Manager for the office.
