He previously was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Aon. His team consisted of more than 175 recruitment professionals delivering -10,000+ hires annually. He joined the firm as the global strategic sourcing leader for Hewitt Associates. He managed a 40-person global team responsible for the sourcing of 7,000+ hires. He has managed the international recruiting and branding strategy, recruitment portal, internet and social media strategy and platforms, preferred vendor list, employee and alumni referral programs, diversity recruiting plan, assessment processes, and technology platforms.

Chris is a industry thought leader on innovative candidate sourcing methodologies. He was the keynote speaker at SourceCon 2010 and is a requested speaker on topics related to social networking and sourcing. His work has resulted in press interest including The Wall Street Journal and the SHRM HR Magazine. He is also the founder of the OnlineR Community, an online community with over 7,000 members.
