Tim O’Connor is a talent acquisition consultant, strategist, and speaker residing in Southern Maine. He currently manages Hewitt’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing Hewitt’s strategy for leveraging social media to increase brand awareness and build talent communities. He also manages a global sourcing team in India that is responsible for providing talent pipelines for North America, Europe, and Asia. Prior to his current position, he managed a dedicated team of sourcers for Hewitt’s Consulting, IT, legal, finance & executive practices. Prior to joining Hewitt, he was the strategic sourcing lead for Capgemini North America, one of the largest IT Consulting firms in the world. He is a past speaker at ERE, Kennedy Recruitment Conference, Maine HR Convention, IHRIM, and SourceCon.
