Earl Mann combines his passion for personal growth and team building with his love for business innovation and technology. He has a degree in psychology from the University of South Carolina. Has served in both the U.S. Navy and as an Officer of Marines. His corporate experience includes marketing online market research and business intelligence services, real-time news and business intelligence systems, knowledge management systems and tools, advanced search and retrieval technologies, and recruiting, onboarding, and sourcing solutions. He consistently spends time in what he calls “the lab” to gain perspective and to add balance to his 10 years of enterprise and sales experience; he has sold door to door, over the Internet and through social networks … as weekend projects. His reply when asked ‘why?’: “some people grow gardens for fun…I grow people, and I grow teams!” Prior to his own business, he worked for Engenium, a semantic search company acquired by Kroll, and VirtualEdge, a enterprise talent management solution provider acquired by ADP.
