Mike Notaro is a sourcing consultant out of the New York area. His current role involves actively sourcing and developing new channels in locating top talent for Accenture. While his background includes experience in full life cycle recruitment, Internet research, sourcing, and phone sales, much of his time is spend delving into untapped mediums within the social media and technology spaces.

Mike holds the title of Sourcing GrandMaster for the 2007 and 2008 SourceCon events and presented on sourcing automation during the SourceCon 2010 DC conference. His educational expertise spans a wide array of various Internet sourcing techniques, however his biggest strength lies in leveraging technology to simplify and automate the more troublesome tasks faced in recruitment
