Great insight Cathy. As a full lifecycle recruiter, I have usually been a "one man shop" in my career. Working to fill multiple active openings plus putting in the time and effort for proactive pipelining and relationship building is more than a full time job. The staggering number of (relatively) new avenues to find candidates has not made recruiting any easier, it has made it more complex.

Dedicated sourcers can reduce this complexity. A dedicated sourcer can sift through the many tools out there and spend more time digging deep to find the right people.
