Nice post, informative.  As a former corporate recruiter often responsible for sourcing, I was always frustrated with the amount of data entry that I had to do to meet compliance regulations.  This was just one of the various reasons that I decided to build &quot;modern&quot; recruiting software.

Being aware of the challenges facing corporate recruiting departments especially related to OFCCP tracking and reporting, we built a feature into our applicant tracking system that captures, stores, and allows employers to easily report EEO/ OFCCP data.
