		<description>I had the good fortune of seeing this LIVE @ the Marvin Smith Unplugged but still WIRED, ERE concert in Hollywood, FL. As you can see by this cutting edge strategy Mr. Smith and company designed he is as wired as anyone when it comes to cutting edge strategy, and he works for Guess Who? Microsoft...Proof that they get the best there is ion technology and also when it comes to recruiting talent.

I guess I better get the Jobs2web strategy up &amp; rolling. Those guys are smart &amp; so are you.
