Thank you for helping us “face” the facts.

The talent communities will continue to fragment into smaller and WIIFM segments where there is more inaction, but on a smaller scope.

This will result from the realization that even fully leveraged with technology there is a limit on the number of quality human interactions and relationships you can personally catalyze.
