Announcing the 2016 Fall SourceCon Agenda

This fall, the community of sharing and learning is headed back West to Anaheim, California. SourceCon brings together the brightest and most thought-provoking minds in our industry. This is “the conference” to attend for all things sourcing.

This year, we are spicing it up with a fresh new set of speakers and many passionate sourcers eager to absorb the top tricks and tips to find candidates. This three-day event (yes three, we added a preconference mixer), is the place to be to learn valuable information that you can implement immediately.

This is one of our most diverse agendas to date with topics that cover: email marketing, search failure, candidate outreach, talent mapping, managing rejection, sourcing on Slack, competitive intelligence, and the ever popular innovative sourcing. In addition, the conference will feature five different tracks: Identification, Engagement, Marketing/Branding, Leadership and a new Innovation Lab.
