Rick joined Baird’s Talent Acquisition team as a Corporate Recruiter in October of 2018. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from UW-Whitewater. Throughout the last six years, Rick’s recruiting experience has covered multiple industries including Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, and Legal. Having experience in both the staffing and corporate side of recruiting, Rick enjoys consulting with hiring leaders and providing talent expertise that will give a lasting impact on any organization. Outside of work he spends as much time as he can with his wife and daughter. When he’s not watching his mischievous daughter’s every move, he enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, or checking out the newest local brewery!
