Previously has built a Learning & Development program for Allegis Group Solution teaching recruiters how to recruit in a Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced curriculum setting. Classically trained in AIRS Social Recruiting and Diversity as well as LinkedIn Expert Certified. Known for pushing the sourcing boundaries where ever and when ever he can.
