My mission is to create inspiring workplaces and help people find inspiring jobs. My recruitment journey has been quite a hell of a ride, and it does not seem to be changing anytime soon. After my attempt to become a professional musician failed I randomly got into training and coaching. Very soon I fell in love with people development and decided to pursue it further. After a few years, I transitioned into HR and recruitment, and I have had a chance to work in multiple sectors ranging from NGOs, European Union, start-ups and corporations. I am a fair believer in technology, and I am continually trying to bring it to HR. I am also very passionate about employer branding, recruitment marketing, and growth hacking. I love all the hacks and doing things a bit differently. I believe that's where all the charm is. And I am currently scaling teams at Mollie, a fin-tech scale up based in Amsterdam.
