Infographic: How Much Did Sourcers Make in 2013?

Do you ever wonder what your sourcing and recruiting peers are making? We were curious about the same thing.

To help us gain a better understanding of the sourcing and recruiting landscape, we conducted a survey. The survey respondents were recruiters and sourcers who work in talent acquisition departments of large companies, recruitment process outsourcing providers, and third party staffing firms.

The survey was distributed online during August and September of 2013.

Jeremy Roberts is a Senior Solutions Consultant with Seekout and was the Editor of SourceCon from 2013 to 2016. Prior to joining the ERE Media team, he spent over a decade working as a recruiter, sourcer, and sourcing manager.
