Last week, at the Spring ERE Recruiting Conference, Ron Mester unveiled some of the findings of the State of Recruiting Survey conducted recently by ERE Media. One of the survey questions discussed was “What keeps you up at night?”. The results, displayed in the graphic below, aren’t surprising.
Candidate / Skills availability is the top concern for recruiters and leaders who participated. The second most important concern for both groups is recruiting tools/processes. One interesting observation shared is where leaders and recruiters differ. For example, workload is a concern for close to 15% of the recruiters surveyed. However, this topic isn’t a concern for recruiting leaders.
