Facebook has released a public document that proves they are embracing the idea of recruiting with Facebook Graph Search. The document, Graph Search for Job Search final, was released on August 7, 2013. The release was done as a part of the Facebook Social Jobs Partnership, which is a collaboration between Facebook, the U.S. Department of Labor, the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), DirectEmployers Association (DE), and the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA).

The first page of the document provides tips for job seekers. Page two gives a few Facebook Graph recruiting tips. There are no details in the document that will make savvy sourcers better at their jobs, but it does prove that we should expect a lot of developments intended to facilitate recruitment on Facebook.
