I’m excited to share the agenda for SourceCon Fall! We will be in Denver on October 1-2 for two full days of all things sourcing.

We’ve assembled a dynamic panel of speakers from around the globe who understand the attendees and can share real experiences from the trenches. Companies represented include IBM, Target Corporation, Zappos, Lockheed Martin, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Pepsico, Accenture, Manpower Group, Amazon, and more.

Who should attend? Anyone who sources candidates (recruiters or sourcers) or leads recruiting or sourcing teams. Our agenda is designed to be relevant to talent acquisition professionals who work in agencies, recruitment process outsourcing providers, and corporate in-house recruiting departments.

To help ensure everyone in attendance gets what they need, the agenda is broken into three tracks; fundamentals, leadership, and the sourcing labs. Needless to say, there will be something for everyone, regardless of the stage they are in as a leader, a sourcer, or a recruiter.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Developing a thorough sourcing strategy
  • Boolean search techniques
  • Diversity sourcing
  • Candidate engagement techniques
  • International sourcing
  • Talent mapping
  • Case studies from large sourcing teams

The sourcing labs, which will be more technically advanced than ever, will cover:

  • How to leverage API’s for sourcing candidate information
  • Bookmarklets
  • Webscraping to gather candidate data
  • Email validation techniques
  • Search engine mastery
  • Browser extensions for sourcing and recruiting

Register before August 15th to take advantage of the early bird price!
