December tends to be a strange time of year for recruiting teams. Decision makers may be out traveling for the holidays or maybe you’re not sure how many open requisitions you’ll have when the new year kicks off. If you find yourself in a situation like this, it might be a good time to update your social media accounts so they’re ready for the new year.

Social media sites provide a lot of real estate for us to advertise and brand our companies. However, many talent acquisition professionals aren’t fully leveraging images for branding. The infographic below will give you the exact measurements you need to use for each of the major social networks. If you have a marketing team to help you create the images, that’s always nice.
