Damon, a Las Vegas native since 1954, pursued a hospitality management degree from UNLV ('91). Starting at Hyatt Hotels in Washington, he ascended through HR roles across California, Florida, and Nevada. Returning to Vegas in '99, he worked at Caesars Palace, an ironic turn after an earlier misadventure there with friends. He shifted to Utah in '01, overseeing HR at Verizon Wireless, later excelling in Talent Acquisition for various renowned entities like Ikea, LDS Church, and Intermountain Healthcare. Holding a PHR Certification since '01, Damon's currently pursuing his master’s in leadership from Westminster College.
