To help us gain a better understanding of the sourcing and recruiting landscape, we conducted a survey. The survey respondents were recruiters and sourcers who work in talent acquisition departments of large companies, recruitment process outsourcing providers, and third party staffing firms.
The survey was distributed online during August and September of 2013.
