Shanil Kaderali is a name members of the newer generation of sourcers may not recognize. However, the veterans in the business will remember his name and some of his accomplishments. Shanil was a sourcing trainer in the late 1990’s and went on to build several high performance sourcing teams which have helped to shape the sourcing landscape we know today.
