He is the owner of C2 Search Group, a boutique search firm focused on technical positions within startups and established companies in the greater Baltimore, MD area. He started his recruiting career at one of the top 3 MRI franchises in the US and later brought that philosophy and deep-dive search process to the IT / digital marketing industry.
